Criminal Justice Recovery Workers will be part of the All Age Recovery Service (AARCS) team working specifically with clients involved with the criminal justice system. Being required to encourage, initiate and sustain recovery, workers will facilitate both 1:1 and group-based psychosocial interventions with prolific offenders, whilst maintaining excellent relationships with partnership agencies.
As the Recovery Worker you will be responsible for care co-ordination of all clients entering the service and engaging in treatment. You will also be responsible for the development of recovery plans for individual clients, and for liaising with other service providers relevant to the individual’s needs.
The Targeted Opiate Worker will be part of the All Age Recovery Service (AARCS) team working intensively with a small caseload. Being required to encourage and initiate recovery with clients over a period of 12 weeks, the worker will facilitate both 1:1 and group-based psychosocial interventions.
Thank you for your interest in volunteering for Open Road, currently we are working within Covid-Secure guidelines that limit the opportunities we can give to supporting and developing volunteers within our Substance Misuse teams.
