About the Chelmsford centre
Our Recovery orientated services at Chelmsford are part of the Integrated Recovery Management System and Structured Intervention Service.
Our service provides the opportunity for support, advice and information on a daily basis. For a personal initial assessment either ring the centre or self-refer via our website and you will be offered an appointment for a telephone assessment. Once completed you will be allocated a Recovery worker who will support you through your treatment journey, signpost you to our partner agencies and ensure effective interventions and treatments are tailored to your needs.
Our Needle and Syringe Programme is available daily and service users can discuss in confidence aspects of harm minimisation and safe practice. You do not need an appointment to use this service – you are welcome to attend anytime we are open.
Support Groups
Our Chelmsford centre hosts a number of mutual aid groups to support you outside our opening hours.
