Our Needle and Syringe Programme is a confidential and free of charge service offering a range of advice and support. The service includes needle exchange, advice on safer injecting practices, how to get access to tests for blood borne viruses & vaccinations. For those most at risk, we proactively help get treatment, offer safe sex information and carry out harm reduction assessments.

By accessing our needle exchanges, you can gain access to a wide range of equipment to support safer injecting practices and safe sex.

Open Road needle exchanges are available at our Basildon, Clacton, Colchester and Chelmsford centres.
