Alongside Open Road’s many recovery journeys, the SOS Community Bus plays a vital role in reaching people where they are, bringing support directly into the heart of local community and delivering real impact.
In Clacton, Essex, the bus acts as a welcoming and visible presence on the streets, offering a safe space where people can step inside, talk openly, and access practical help without judgement. Whether someone is facing immediate challenges with housing, mental health, substance use, or simply needs advice and a listening ear, the bus provides a calm and accessible first point of contact in the community.
