Previous Fundraising Activity
Leah, our Fundraising Manager, ran 3 miles a day for 30 days. This is Leah and her brother-in-law on the final run.
Michael, Jamie, Paul, John & Luke climbed Mount Snowdon. It took them 3 hours up the Pyg track, & 3 hours down the Minera track.
Our Chief Executive Sarah hosted a cake-filled afternoon tea and raffle in her beautiful garden.
Luke from our Chelmsford Centre, lost a total of 4 stone by eating healthy and doing more exercise. Here is a before and after.
Adam a Recovery Worker for Clacton & Michael a Recovery Worker Volunteer cycled from Clacton to Walton pier & back.
Nick our trustee, walked 3 miles a day for 30 days and took some beautiful pictures along the way.
Beatrix, the daughter of Tim, one of our trustees, scooted over 30 miles during lockdown.
Our founders, Bridie & Richard, walked 30 miles to Kagyu Samye Ling, a Tibetan Buddhist Monastery & Centre for World Peace & Health, & back.
Karen, Team Leader for South & West Essex did 10 thousand steps a day for 30 days.
We hosted a virtual recovery walk on the 4th of July which was supported by many.
Dartford Ladies performed 30 kick ups a day for 30 days.
