Chief Executive

The Chief Executive implements the strategic goals and objectives of the organisation, gives direction and leadership towards the achievement of the organisation’s philosophy, mission, strategy and its annual goals and objectives.

Operations Director

The Operations Director leads, directs and manages services and business operations across the organisation. They work with external partners and linked providers and be responsible for all aspects of service operations ensuring delivery in line with contracts and or funders.

Clinical / Business Development Director

Taking the strategic lead on developing and ensuring effective treatment is delivered across the organisation, the Clinical / Business Development Director ensures Quality Assurance systems, including Clinical Governance, are in place to support delivery of services.

Operations Manager

Part of the Senior Management Team, the Operations Manager leads the operational teams in the day-to-day service provision, and support the SLT with strategic development of the organisation.

Data Analyst

Supports Open Road services including collecting, collating and analysing data, designing, producing and interpreting reports, and supporting the administration of database systems.

Management Accountant

The Management Accountant is responsible for the day-to-day accounting and financial management, and for budgeting, reporting on financial performance together with taking the lead on cash flow forecasting, VAT returns, Gift Aid issues and monthly payroll and expenses.

Finance and Facilities Assistant

The Finance and Facilities Assistant provides highly organised and accurate finance, facilities and procurement support to the Management Accountant and Senior Management Team.

HR and Wellbeing Manager

Supporting the senior management team to develop and deliver people management strategies, which support the organisation’s overall strategic aims and objectives, the HR and Wellbeing Manger leads on a full range of HR activities including recruitment, retention, performance management, employee relations, employee reward, absence management, learning and development, internal communications and process development.

Training and Development Manager

The Training and Development Manager is responsible for the planning and delivering of the Organisational Training Plan and to provide training and development opportunities to all staff and volunteers.

Business and Quality Co-ordinator

Supporting the Senior Team, Directors and Chief Executive in the delivery of a high quality service, including supporting the Quality, Clinical Governance, IT and Data functions, and providing general administration to the Clinical / Business Development Director, including organising meetings and taking minutes.

PA to Chief Executive

Supporting and assisting the Chief Executive in the delivery of a high quality service by providing general administrative duties and positively promoting the organisation via newsletters, publications and liaising with Trustees and Patrons.

Head Office Administrator

The Head Office Administrator provides efficient and accurate administrative support to the Criminal Justice & Welfare, HR, Quality, Digital Media and Fundraising teams, together with a reception service as part of the Head Office team.

Fundraising Manager

Responsible for generating new income from a variety of different sources, including Trusts and Foundations, individual donors, events, on-line giving, corporates, legacies and commissioned contracts to ensure the future sustainability of the Charity.

Trustees

The role of the Trustee is voluntary and involved being part of the Trustee Board who work in partnership with the Chief Executive to assist with achieving the mission of the organisation and ensure that it keeps within its charitable objectives.
