Community Hub

Our SOS Bus is now available in several locations across the county, where it is used as a vibrant hub hosting a range of community services and health professionals. Anyone can pop in for support and advice and we would love to see you. Services that regularly use the bus are;

• Peabody (Housing)
• Phoenix Futures (Changing Futures)
• DWP (Benefits & Employment)
• Anglia care Trust (Housing)
• Mind (Mental Health)

SiSU Health Checks

On the bus you can have a free health check up in partnership with SiSU

• Simple: A free non-judgmental health check, when was the last time you checked your blood pressure?
• Accurate: SiSU health stations are medical grade
• Convenient: Prioritise your health, with no GP appointments needed
• Educational: An optional app and online portal help you track your health over time.
