I joined EAAS 4 years ago. Since then have been on many call outs, have had the pleasure to meet many people and to help vulnerable people cope with a traumatic time. Every call out is unique, every call out is helping both the detained person and the police make the procedure run smoothly. I have never met a detained person who did not appreciate the help and support we offer. This role is so rewarding, it is hard, sometimes difficult, but at the end each case you are able walk away with a great feeling.
