Getting support is easy

You can self refer by calling usattending our hub or by being referred directly from a partner agency such as Turning Point, The Probation Service or Social Services.

The referral process is quick and simple

Once your referral is complete, you will be invited to a 1-2-1 appointment where  you will meet a Wellness and Recovery Co-ordinator who will support you throughout your journey.

You will take a lead in your recovery

Together, you and your Co-ordinator will complete a Wellness and Recovery Action Plan; this will help you to think about how you wish to access the support available for your recovery journey.

You will also receive a Welcome Pack and a tour of our recovery hub.Open Road Medway Culture day

Through working alongside your Wellness and Recovery Coordinator you will be:

  • Building self confidence & self esteem

  • Establishing identity

  • Developing self management and coping techniques

You will learn about the options available to you that you can access daily to support your own recovery in areas:

  • Planning day to day activities

  • Staying in touch with family and friends

  • Effectively managing self care and appearance.

  • Positive mind-set and commitment

You will implement coping strategies:

  • Taking time out

  • Talking to family and friends

  • Maintaining positive routines

  • Accessing the recovery community

  • Reflecting back on structured treatment and what you have learned.
